I began a mobile food app design project as part of my online UI/UX course on Udemy. This beginner course provides an excellent opportunity to learn the essentials of mobile app design. It covers the fundamentals of prototyping using software such as Sketch and Adobe XD. I enjoyed unleashing my creativity to bring this app concept to life while also acquiring valuable design skills!

To kick things off, I was searching for a solid starting point for my project. I decided to create a mood board, which turned out to be a fantastic way to gather my thoughts, ideas, color palettes, and overall vibes in one cohesive place. This creative process helped me shape a clear and inspiring design concept that I drew upon as I dove into the development of my app.
Final UI
The UI/UX design was based carefully from the mood board, which guided its visual direction and user experience. With soft pastel tones, minimalist typography, and organic shapes, the interface feels modern and approachable. Fluid transitions and subtle micro-interactions create an engaging user journey, while rounded buttons, ample white space, and a clean grid layout ensure clarity and easy navigation. Overall, the design strikes a balance between functionality and emotion.
